Program/Events Committee (Internal/External) - Dustin Craft and Jennifer Cumming
- Shall be advised by the Program/Events Coordinator.
- Shall be chaired by a member of the legislative body.
- Shall coordinate efforts externally to bring the students within the Residence Halls together.
- Shall coordinate the monthly programmatic event of the council.
- Shall coordinate internal activities to bring the council together.
- Shall publicize such programmatic efforts within the Residence Halls.
- Shall coordinate programming with Resident Assistants (RAs) and other appropriate university acknowledged organizations.
Food/Facilities/Fundraising Committee - Zack Buddish
- Shall be advised by the Finance/Records Coordinator.
- Shall be chaired by a member of the legislative body.
- Shall collect information regarding residence hall concerns (through voice and email) and write appropriate legislation to address the concerns.
- Shall work to solve problems in the residence halls.
- Shall meet with the Gibson Dining Hall Manger on a monthly basis to express suggestions and offer concerns.
- Shall coordinate the fundraising endeavors of the council.
Community Relations Committee - Paresa Tafreshi and Briana Baker
- Shall be advised by the Community Relations Coordinator.
- Shall be chaired by a member of the legislative body.
- Shall coordinate efforts externally to bring the students within the Residence Halls, the campus and local community together.
- Shall coordinate community based programming with Resident Assistants (RAs) and other appropriate university acknowledged organizations (APO and Circle K).
- Shall organize the philanthropic activities of the council.
Publicity Committee - Amy Willey and Joe Hartigan
- Shall be advised by the Vice President/NCC.
- Shall be chaired by a member of the legislative body.
- Shall coordinate the efforts to advertise all RHA programs and events.
- Shall make all the posters and flyers that are put up within the Residence Halls.
- Shall publicize such programmatic efforts within the Residence Halls and the community at large.
Recognition Committee - Tyson Thomas, Eric Bluml, and Kathy Raymaker
- Shall be advised by the President of RHA.
- Shall coordinate recognition for the members of the Residence Hall Assembly legislative and executive bodies and the entire Residence Hall community.
- Shall serve as the historian of the organization and record all activities in the RHA scrapbook.
- Shall work with the RHA advisor to plan the end of the year banquet.
- Shall coordinate any "Of the Month" bids that the council wishes to write.
